Great family owned and operated motel, and a pleasant 5 minute walk to town. I stayed here at the beginning of November. The weather was chilly but the room was lovely and warm and comfortable. Great staff, clean rooms, piping hot water, comfortable big bed, just about everything you want a modern independent motel to be. I booked for one night and ended up staying for 3 more, I guess that says it all.. Excellent value for money, and excellent location. Will come here again !

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was when we walked into our room. We had everything we needed and more. The beds and beddings were clean and comfortable. Super convenient location near restaurants and attractions like the Garden of the Gods. I've stayed at a much fancier hotel in Manitou Springs before, and it was actually not as convenient as this one in terms of the location and parking. I had a bit of auto accident emergency while I was there, and Dave and other staff members here were so kind and generous with their help. They allowed us to check out an hour later and have my car towed from their parking lot. They were so gracious even when there was a communication mix-up with the towing company and the towing was delayed. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice motel. Budget friendly. Our room had a single king size bed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. Water was hot. Check-in was pretty straightforward, and the desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. Motel is minutes from The Garden of the Gods. Overall, I would recommend and would stay again.

This motel is family owned and we had the opportunity to meet the owners, and they clearly care about their business. Very clean and very nice rooms, highly recommend. Amazing customer service as well!
